Can I buy the OS5 and then just add the APPs I want?

That is the beauty of the new OS5 system. It allows you choose what you want when you want it and add what you need when you need it. That said, the pre-bundled packages offer the greatest savings and can get you up and going quickly. Then you can simply add what you want as you go.

How difficult is it to switch from my current provider to FrontRunner?

It's as simple as a quick phone call and signing a direction sheet. We'll look after everything else from there. Will we own our own website address?

Yes. FrontRunner takes great pride in ensuring the web address and domains are registered properly in the clients name, not ours. We don't believe in games. We hope this helps provide the level of honesty, Integrity and Trust that funeral homes guide their own practices with.

I would like to stay with my current web provider. Can I just add the Book of Memories to my Website?

Certainly. The Book of Memories was designed to work with any website allowing you to add a higher standard and open the door for you to participate in all of the strategic marketing initiatives of the Matrix. Just contact one of our OS5 Specialists and they'll explain how easy it is.

Can we use our existing website design with OS5?

Yes. We can take any design that was built for you and convert it into the new Web 5.0 System. As long as you own the rights to the design, we'll make it happen quickly and get you online with the solution you really wanted.

Will I be able to use a local Website developer in my area?

We are rapidly expanding the localized Certified Support Partner Program throughout North America, Europe and Australia. If you have a local developer that you would like to deal with, just give us their name and one of our CSP Program specialists will make contact with them.

Who will bill us for the System?

Matthews is our Distributor. If you already have an account with them, they will simply add the solution to your existing monthly invoice. They also extend budget plans to further aid funeral professionals. If you don't have an account, we can look after it immediately. No one is ever turned down.

Can we order the solution right from our Matthews Sales Rep?

Yes. All Matthews Reps can help set up a demo of the powerful OS5 system and will work with FrontRunner to ensure you receive the same high standards of service and support as you have become accustom to receiving when dealing with Matthews.

Does Matthews own FrontRunner?

No. FrontRunner Professional is a family owned and controlled company. Matthews is our exclusive distributor in the USA. In 2007 Matthews made an investment in FrontRunner for the sole purpose of ensuring FrontRunner always had the resources they needed to continue to develop world class solutions for the funeral profession, allowing them to focus on what they do best.

Will we deal directly with Adfinity for Marketing Services?

Adfinity is still an independent creative agency. They are merely powering FrontRunner Studios, bringing a new level of creative and strategic marketing services to our valued customers. Whether you contact them through FrontRunner Studios or directly at Adfinity, you'll be getting the exact same level of quality services.

I'm already a FrontRunner client; can I purchase just the APPS without upgrading to OS5?

Unfortunately all the APPs need the OS5 platform to work seamlessly. If you are in 5.0, the upgrade to OS5 is no charge. The only charge will be modifying your website theme to work with the new Web 5.0 system. If you are in 4.0, we have a small upgrade fee which includes the conversion of your website to Web 5.0.

Can I use Candle Credits / Candle revenue towards the purchase of the upgrade and additional APPs?

Absolutely. In fact, the IMS Store automatically shows you the balances in your accounts and allows you to automatically use these credits at the time of purchase of any of the powerful APPS.
